Introduction

The Peters MacGregor Global Fund invests in a focussed portfolio of global securities.
The Fund is a value-oriented investor and has a goal of achieving long term capital growth.

Officium Capital Limited is the Responsible Entity for the Fund and has overall responsibility for its operation. Officium Capital Limited has engaged Peters MacGregor Capital Management as the Investment Manager to manage the investments of the Fund. As the investment manager for the Fund, Peters MacGregor Capital Management is responsible for the Fund’s investment and divestment decisions and therefore the performance of the Fund in terms of return to Investors.

Investment Objective  

The Peters MacGregor Global Fund invests in global securities.

The objective of the Fund is to generate positive absolute returns over the long term (five years plus) by investing in a focussed portfolio of global investments.

The Investment Manager’s focus is to generate long term capital growth.

The Fund primarily invests in securities listed on global share markets (both in Australia and internationally). The portfolio will be concentrated and invest in a small number of companies (no more than 20) that the Investment Manager believes to be undervalued.

Capital preservation is an equally important objective, and if the investment Manager is unable to find attractive ‘value’ investment opportunities, the Fund will maintain high cash holdings.
